Responsibilities
Assist attorney with estate planning and Medicaid-related cases from intake to completion
Prepare, proofread, and organize legal documents
Maintain client files and track case progress
Communicate with clients, ensuring compassion and clarity in all interactions
Manage scheduling, deadlines, and follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred
Prior experience in estate planning, elder law, or Medicaid matters
