Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and expand market share across the Southwest Texas and New Mexico territory
Sell capital equipment and consumables to surgeons and radiologists within hospital systems and affiliated clinics
Manage the complete sales process, including territory strategy, new business development, and account expansion
Develop strategic call plans, consultative selling, delivering product education, and strengthening long-term customer relationships
Qualification
Required
2+ years of capital equipment sales experience in hospital or surgical settings
4+ years of successful sales experience in a complex B2B environment
Clinical comfort required
Proven success with value-based selling, negotiation, and objection handling
Strong relationship-building, territory management, and strategic planning skills
Must reside in or near San Antonio, TX
Local field travel of 4–5 days per week is required, with up to 25% overnights
Preferred
Medical device experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting clinicians or working in the OR is a plus
