Responsibilities
Lead and support the development of new products , with a focus on resin-based and polymer concrete materials
Conduct material research , including identifying new raw materials and evaluating their suitability for production
Perform laboratory testing, analysis, and validation of material properties and product performance
Prepare clear and accurate technical reports , documentation, and testing summaries
Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure smooth implementation of new materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical Field
Experience with resin is mandatory
Hands-on laboratory experience
Ability to work independently, with a proactive and curious mindset
Preferred
Chemical Engineering is preferred
polymer concrete experience is preferred
