Responsibilities

Troubleshooting issues, conducting tests, maintaining equipment, and documenting processes
Conduct inspections and testing of coated materials to ensure quality standards are met
Participate in root cause analysis for paint-related defects and suggest corrective actions
Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and production data
Prepare technical reports and data as it relates to projects and assignments
Contribute ideas to refine designs and improve performance while developing your own technical skills

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field
Basic understanding of chemical engineering fundamentals and coatings processes
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license required
Effective communicator, able to work well in a team setting
Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or U.S. Person)
