Law Practice
Responsibilities
Documenting and negotiating complex joint ventures
Tax equity transactions
Tax credit transfers
Familiarity with partnership tax rules
Drafting and negotiating tax provisions in partnership agreements
Credit agreements
Purchase and sale documentation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Experience with financings and M&A pertaining to power and energy transition transactions
Some substantive experience with energy tax credit transactions
Experience documenting and negotiating complex joint ventures
Experience with tax equity transactions
Experience with tax credit transfers
Familiarity with partnership tax rules
Experience drafting and negotiating tax provisions in partnership agreements, credit agreements, and purchase and sale documentation
