Responsibilities

The Latham Private Equity Finance Practice is seeking mid-level associates with a minimum of one year of borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance experience to join the 2nd, 3rd or 4th year class of our cutting edge and constantly growing team

Experience with sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings is preferred
