Responsibilities
Advising clients on complex immigration matters
Preparing and filing petitions for E-2 investor and L-1 employee transfer visas
Representing clients through the EB-5 visa process
Conducting research
Tracking legislative and regulatory changes
Drafting detailed legal documents
Providing tailored immigration strategies aligned with client goals
Qualification
Required
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Immigration Law and legal issues pertaining to US immigration
Specialized expertise in E-2, L-1, and EB-5 visas
Strong understanding of processes related to visas and handling immigration issues effectively
Exceptional legal research, analytical, and document drafting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly capable of managing multiple clients and deadlines
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active law license
Preferred
Previous experience working with high net-worth individuals and corporate clients
