Responsibilities

Build SAP QM based solutions

Ability to identify and implement best practices to optimize business processes using SAP

Conduct Blueprint workshops, fit-gap analysis and produce detailed design documents

Prepare functional specifications, configure, test and lead implementation for all SAP RICEFW areas

Build and support integration with SAP PP, EWM, MM, SAP MES system

Support SAP Production system for ticket resolutions, business support needs

Ensure that the deployed applications perform as per customer expectations and there are no performance issues

Identify training needs, support creating training documentation and lead train the trainer sessions

Participate in strategic planning, roadmap discussions for SAP Quality Management solutions

Participate in quarter planning, sprint planning, deployment for continuous enhancements
