Responsibilities
Lead multiple customer implementations of the Salesforce-native product, driving measurable value from kickoff to go-live and beyond
Own scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating consultants and client stakeholders, anticipating risks, and ensuring clean hand-offs into Support and Success
Coordinate across internal teams and client stakeholders to keep projects on track, acting as the key player between the customers and the delivery team
Qualification
Required
4–7 years managing software implementation or professional services projects, ideally PSA, ERP, or Salesforce-related
Excellent Salesforce knowledge and experience from a user and/or implementation perspective
Demonstrated success running multiple concurrent projects with formal governance and change control
Strong command of risk management, resource planning, and schedule control in a PSA or PPM tool
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
