Responsibilities
Present a professional image at all times (clean uniform, well-groomed appearance)
Assist in performing comprehensive assessments of dryer vent systems upon arrival
Support repair, rerouting, maintenance, and cleaning of dryer vent systems
Answer customer questions with clarity and professionalism
Explain the benefits of services and products when needed
Help maintain the company vehicle and tools—keep them clean, organized, and in good condition
Qualification
Required
Experience in roofing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or general handyman work
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to climb and safely use ladders up to 40 feet
Willing and able to work in tight or elevated spaces (attics, crawlspaces, closets, rooftops)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Must be available during standard business hours and occasional weekends
Strong communication skills with customers and team members
Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check
