Responsibilities
Drive the development and adoption of AI-powered solutions to scale privacy controls and increase developer velocity
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex technical programs
Partner with stakeholders across TRM, engineering, legal, and other teams to define program scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop and manage program schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that programs are delivered on time and within budget
Utilize your technical judgment to understand and manage technical dependencies, assess technical risks, make informed trade-offs, and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience managing infrastructure systems projects
Experience in leading stakeholders and managing consensus across all levels (e.g., junior and executive stakeholders to Vice Presidents (VPs)
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in privacy data handling and related industry compliance standards and regulations
