Qualification
Required
Must be prepared to relocate to southern Florida after 4/5 months of training in our Woodbridge, NJ office
Proven experience with a minimum of 3/4 years of experience as a Medical Benefits Insurance Field Sales experience ideally with a proven sales track record, and preferably a book of business
Ability to be tenacious about cold calling and closing business deals strategically while partnering with our Benefits Accounts Management team
A passion for excellence and a desire to join a supportive, family-oriented company
Proficiency in key software tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite is essential
Preferred
Candidates who have held positions within our benefits industry with self-funding and group benefits insurance experience are the ideal background
We will also consider candidates from the medical device industry
