Required

Proven experience with a minimum of 4/5 years of experience as a Medical Benefits Insurance Field Sales experience ideally with a proven sales track record, and preferably a book of business

Ability to be tenacious about cold calling and closing business deals strategically while partnering with our Benefits Accounts Management team

A passion for excellence and a desire to join a supportive, family-oriented company

Proficiency in key software tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite is essential

Health insurance, medical benefits field sales experience with a minimum of 4/5 years of hands on consultative/sales background, a proven track record of success in our industry, and preferably a book of business to leverage with our clients

Previous working knowledge of Salesforce is essential
