Responsibilities
Oversee the effective implementation of the Department of Education grant, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Coordinate activities related to faculty training, curriculum development, and community engagement
Administer the mini grant program, including the application process, evaluation, and selection of proposals
Provide guidance to professors awarded mini grants and facilitate the successful execution of their projects
Support research initiatives within the Center for Data Analytics by facilitating collaboration between faculty and students
Assist in the identification of research opportunities, data sources, and methodologies
Foster partnerships with external organizations to enhance community engagement in data science projects
Promote the Center for Data Analytics' involvement in data-driven initiatives that benefit the broader community
Establish mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating the impact of project activities
Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of faculty and student training programs
Support training programs for faculty and students in various data science areas
