Responsibilities

Assist with garage door installation, repair, and maintenance
Learn how to troubleshoot mechanical issues safely and effectively
Perform safety inspections and follow industry best practices
Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
Document each job with basic notes and photos
Keep tools, equipment, and work vehicles organized and clean
Support technicians and team members throughout daily operations
Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and our customers

Qualification

Required

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Mechanical curiosity—comfortable using basic hand tools
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders
A positive, customer-first attitude
Good communication skills and a team mindset
Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
High school diploma or GED

Preferred

Prior experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, or general labor
