Computer Software

Responsibilities

Prepare and file provisional, non-provisional, and PCT applications
Manage docketing, deadlines, and correspondence with USPTO/WIPO
Compile inventor declarations, assignments, formal drawings, and application materials
Prepare IDS submissions and maintain compliance with disclosure rules
Manage communication between inventors and IP team for signatures and documentation

Qualification

Patent paralegal experienceUSPTO formalities knowledgePCT formalities knowledgeDocument management skillsOrganizational skills

Required

3–10 years experience as a patent paralegal
Strong understanding of USPTO and PCT formalities
Excellent document management and organizational skills
