Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasting
Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, inventory, and intercompany transactions
Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes
Manage and review the accounts payable and receivable processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits
Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting and financial reporting
Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
