Mid LevelAPPLIED Adhesives is an industry leader in adhesive solutions, seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to provide on-site installation, repair, and maintenance services to clients. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues with adhesive and sealant dispensing equipment while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Travel to customers to support technical and sales reviews, training seminars, demonstrations, and product/process troubleshooting
Installation of adhesive equipment at customer locations
Technical liaison between customers and the Applied team
Make product suggestions and process improvement recommendations to customers
Document service reports into ServiceMax
Support and adhere to all safety procedures and complete all required safety training
Identify and support improvement opportunities for processes in order to support company objectives and customer expectations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, and proven experience installing and maintaining equipment at customer locations is required
Ability to diagnose issues quickly and find practical solutions under pressure
Clear and effective communicator with both clients and internal teams, and strong focus on client satisfaction and professional interaction
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and complete jobs efficiently
Willingness to travel to various client locations and adapt to changing work environments
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment as needed
Basic understanding of safety and regulatory requirements in the field
