Responsibilities
Manage all phases of mechanical and plumbing projects from kickoff through closeout
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Lead project teams and maintain close communication with field supervisors and foremen
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and GC partners
Review mechanical drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Track project financials, profitability, and progress reporting
Support estimating and preconstruction teams when needed
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in mechanical project management (HVAC, plumbing, piping)
Proven track record managing commercial or industrial projects successfully
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction sequencing, and cost control
Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
