Responsibilities
Drive End-to-End Product Development: Lead a cross-functional team through all phases of the Product Lifecycle (PLC)—from definition and development to pilot, high-volume manufacturing (HVM), and sustainment
Own Program Success: Be accountable for engineering, manufacturing, service, installation, and overall program delivery
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, timelines, and resource needs
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, service, and marketing to optimize product definition and trade-offs
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure outcomes exceed expectations
Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard deliverables
Field Engagement: Drive beta-phase activities, aligning with business units and customers
Influence Roadmaps: Internalize divisional goals and strategic priorities to help define product roadmaps
Qualification
Required
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
Proven experience in developing multi-disciplinary systems combining optics, electronics, motion, algorithms, and software
Demonstrated success leading teams in a matrix organization
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel internationally up to 15%
