Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service from opening to closing
Lead, train, and develop staff in food preparation, customer service, and food safety standards
Manage inventory control for coffee beans, food supplies, and equipment
Supervise food handling, kitchen management, and beverage preparation to uphold quality standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including shift reconciliation
Implement staff scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity
Maintain compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and cleanliness standards
Develop marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales and profitability
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing a quick-service or casual dining environment
Strong background in food preparation, barista skills, and beverage crafting
Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) and cash handling procedures
Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams within hospitality or food service
Knowledge of inventory control practices and food safety regulations
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in budgeting and shift management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Hospitality, or related field)
Restaurant management experience preferred
Culinary experience in coffee shop operations highly desirable
