Responsibilities
Lead all aspects for planning and reporting for franchise’s rebates/discounts for Plan and LRP as it relates to SKYRIZI
Work closely with business partners to accurately forecast discounts/rebates, including incorporating market dynamics such as historical trends and changes in market access
Ensure financial planning deliverables are accurate, clear and concise for Executive level review and approval
Understand and discuss all price related variances for each cycle (Plan, LRP)
Partner with Market Access on deal impact analysis, forecasting rates, and tracking contractual rate changes
Partner with Copay team on rebate forecast and balance sheet requirements
Partner with GTN Accounting, Demand Planning for assumptions related to DSA, Returns, pipeline requirements
Collaborate with Sales Forecasting and BU Finance to present a wholistic and aligned net sales story
Support analysis and requests related to SKYRIZI MFP negotiation, the Inflation Reduction Act, and other legislative changes, as needed
Complete additional ad-hoc project work and analysis, as needed
Qualification
Required
6-8 years of progressive Accounting/Finance experience required
BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical and content strategy skills
The ability to interact with and support senior level management and to collaborate effectively and independently in a matrix organization
Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, planning and decision-making skills
Extensive interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and shift priorities under tight timeframes and maintain poise under pressure
A highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high quality analytical output
Preferred
MBA/CPA preferred
Prefer experience in Pricing, Forecasting, or FP&A
BPC knowledge is a plus
