Responsibilities

Drive inside sales through proactive phone and email outreach

Build and maintain strong customer relationships within a defined account base

Process customer quotes, orders, and priority transactions accurately and efficiently

Support outside sales by managing time-sensitive or high-priority transactions

Use digital tools to promote products, answer technical questions, and expand business

Prospect for new accounts within the assigned geographic territory

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions

Resolve customer issues promptly using strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis

Prepare and follow up on quotations throughout the entire purchasing cycle

Monitor and report on competitive activity, pricing trends, and product opportunities

Participate in ongoing product meetings, training, and seminars to enhance knowledge

Collaborate with vendor representatives and internal specialists to support customer solutions
