Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test applications using Pega PRPC 8.X and DX API V2 (headless implementation – integration of Pega with Angular applications)
Follow established coding standards and best practices during design and development. Contribute to improving standards through continuous feedback
Utilize design patterns that align with Enterprise security policies and guidelines
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Lead System Architects, Technical Analysts, and Integration Testing teams to ensure developed code meets functional, technical, and security requirements
Work closely with offshore development teams to conduct design reviews, code reviews, and unit test reviews
Serve as a technical mentor for junior team members
Integrate onshore and offshore code leveraging DevOps pipelines
Develop and document business and technical processes in collaboration with business teams, development teams, and IT support
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality code
Maintain and enhance proficiency in systems, tools, and processes essential for application development and maintenance
Develop expertise in the business processes that drive the supported applications
Qualification
Required
Must be a Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA), completed before 2017
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC versions 6.x, 7.x, and 8.x development
