Responsibilities
Prepare Client files with critical and pertinent financial planning information
Initiate Business to Business phone calls in support of financial transactions
Build rapport and provide hospitality to clients
Perform portfolio risk analysis and provide investment recommendations based on research
Assist with client case updates, on-boarding, applications, and documents, meeting prep and process
Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Participate in client meetings to co-present recommendations and deliver advice
Meet with Clients and help close business
Qualification
Required
Series 65 or 66 and 7
Knowledge of key financial, investment, risk management concepts and retirement planning
proficiency with mathematical calculations
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in verbal and written communication
ability to give an oral presentation to a small group
social and emotional intelligence
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
life and health insurance license-preferred not required
