Responsibilities
Translating customer requirements into system architectures, specifications, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs). Skilled in requirements flow‑down, risk assessment, and configuration management
Leading integration of new capabilities across avionics, sensors, RF data links, GPS navigation, and propulsion systems. Ensuring performance, schedule, and cost targets are met
Experienced in project planning, resource estimation, and cost analysis. Contributor to successful proposal designs, technical responses, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
Partnering with electrical, software, mechanical, and systems engineers to define architectures and integration details. Coordinating with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and senior leadership to align priorities
Guiding engineering teams, developing talent, and fostering technical excellence. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution with subject matter experts
Consulting with program managers and end customers to shape product requirements. Skilled in preparing and delivering technical briefings, design reviews, and proposal presentations
Direct expertise in avionics, SIGINT technologies, EO/IR optics, RF communications, GPS systems (DGPS, SAASM, M‑Code), and propulsion systems. Familiar with OCONUS military operations and defense industry standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in STEM
Skilled in requirements flow‑down, risk assessment, and configuration management
Leading integration of new capabilities across avionics, sensors, RF data links, GPS navigation, and propulsion systems
Experienced in project planning, resource estimation, and cost analysis
Contributor to successful proposal designs, technical responses, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
