SaaS Account Manager (SMB)

The SaaS Account Manager will drive growth by expanding relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring clients maximize their partnership with the platform.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by introducing new products, uncovering upsell opportunities, and achieving or exceeding monthly growth targets
Identify and understand clients’ core business challenges and pain points to position the right solutions
Conduct discovery sessions and deliver customized product demonstrations that highlight the value of the company's platform
Proactively build and manage a strong pipeline within your assigned book of business, supported by inbound demand generation efforts
Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in Salesforce to ensure reliable forecasting and attainment of sales goals
Share valuable insights from client and prospect interactions with product, sales, and marketing teams to support continuous improvement
Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed

Required

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an SaaS Account Manager or in a similar high-volume, full-cycle SaaS sales role
Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience selling to first-time technology buyers within the enterprise segment
Demonstrated humility and empathy toward the daily challenges faced by prospects in the homecare industry

Preferred

Prior experience selling into the healthcare or homecare industry
