Mid-West Sales Manager
CleanSpace is focused on the construction industry, and they are seeking a Midwest Sales Manager to lead and drive sales strategy across the Midwest region. The role involves developing strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and optimizing sales approaches to ensure revenue growth and market expansion.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional revenue goals within the construction sector
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry or a closely related sector
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a managerial capacity
Strong knowledge of construction products, services, and market dynamics within the Midwest region
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience managing sales teams in multiple states within the Midwest
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Established network of contacts within the construction industry in the Midwest
Advanced degree or certifications related to sales or construction management
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
