Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, voicemails, and faxes for customer support
Monitor shared inboxes and respond quickly with professionalism
Process sales orders and documents in SAP accurately
Keep customers updated on order status and follow up as needed
Research order-related issues with Service, Purchasing, and Logistics teams
Update CRM/C4C records and support reporting tasks
Perform accurate data entry and escalate urgent issues when needed
Qualification
Required
Strong administrative skills with excellent communication and follow-up
Ability to stay organized and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and comfortable handling changing priorities
Preferred
1+ years of customer service or contact center experience preferred
Proficiency in SAP, CRM/C4C, or similar systems is a plus
