Field Account Manager, (Bioprocessing Portfolio) - Remote - Philadelphia Metro Area
Sartorius is a global life science company seeking a motivated Field Account Manager to join their bioprocess business in the Philadelphia Metro Area. The role involves driving revenue growth by managing accounts and building strong customer relationships while leveraging CRM tools to enhance sales strategies.

Responsibilities
Drive sales across assigned accounts and territories to meet revenue targets
Align with organizational growth strategies to expand market presence
Document leads, track opportunities, and analyze customer data for insights and performance
Introduce new solutions to the market and ensure successful adoption
Generate leads, respond to inquiries, and recommend tailored solutions
Coordinate resources and strategies to maximize account potential
Partner with marketing and internal teams to strengthen market perception
Establish trust and partnerships that drive sustained success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or engineering (advanced education a plus)
3+ years of customer-facing experience in biotech or life sciences
Hands-on CRM expertise: Proactive use of SFDC and other CRM tools
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented: Able to work independently with accountability
Team player: Proven ability to collaborate across functions
Willingness to travel frequently within the territory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
