Conducting written discovery

Trial participation as second chair
Qualification
Required
Must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution and be admitted to the MO bar
Plaintiff PI (personal injury), or related practice work is also great as well (no defense work)
Travel is approximately 8 trips/month, but mostly 1-2 night trips
Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and writing
Ability to foster and sustain meaningful client connections
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in advocating for injured clients
Comfortable operating under tight deadlines within a fast-paced setting
Dedication to plaintiff advocacy while exercising sound judgement
Preferred
Specific medical related litigation is ideal
Prior trial experience is advantageous
