Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial reports
Maintain General Ledger(s) and interest schedules and loans for multiple companies
Prepare draw requests
Monitor and Maintain the General ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely entries
Monitor and eliminate intercompany transactions
Execute month end close procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet account reconciliations
Record home closings
Conduct variance analysis of financial statements
Reconcile bank accounts
Strong Time management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize
Provide excellent customer service to investors, service providers, and customers of the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years of related Senior Accountant work experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and construction specific accounting principles (job costing, WIP, revenue recognition)
Excellent attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
