Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, test, and deploy components within the Orchestrade platform
Support pre-trade workflow, lifecycle management, and post-execution monitoring
Participate in platform configuration to meet business workflow requirements
Integrate the platform with supporting areas such as Risk, Operations, Finance, and Accounting
Build reporting and reconciliation capabilities
Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams
Produce high-quality production-ready deliverables within timelines
Collaborate with stakeholders and assist with platform rollout and adoption
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on experience working with the Orchestrade platform
Strong development skills in C# and .NET frameworks
Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
Ability to write scalable, efficient production code
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience within financial markets or capital-markets technology
Preferred
Experience with CI/CD, automation, or DevOps environments
Cloud experience, especially AWS
Domain knowledge of Credits, Equities, IRD, or FX products
Exposure to investment-banking workflows
