Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all aspects of case management, from inception to trial

Draft and prepare legal documents, discovery requests, subpoenas, and pleadings

Organize and manage large volumes of documents, including medical records, deposition transcripts, and trial exhibits

Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

Assist in trial preparation, including preparing trial binders, witness lists, and exhibit files

Conduct legal research and summarize depositions, expert reports, and medical records

Manage expert witnesses, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication

Handle electronic court filings (E-Filing) in both state and federal courts

Track billable time and ensure compliance with law firm billing practices

Work independently while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
