Responsibilities

Prepare the Subpart F analysis and E&P adjustments for less complicated entities
Prepare U.S. international tax filings, including Form 5471, Form 8858, and Form 8868, ensuring their accurate and timely submission
Prepare the necessary disclosure statements under Sections 367, 351, and 368 for tax return filing
Assist in the preparation of U.S. international tax provisions for the quarterly forecasts
Assist in various planning projects to enhance the company's tax position
Prepare the CTB election filings and coordinate with planners
Assist with state and local tax filings and state tax audits
Assist with the responses for IRS tax audit Information Document Requests (IDRs), covering topics such as Transition Tax, Earnings and Profits (E&P), FDII, and GILTI

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance
Minimum 2 years in international tax or 3 years in Fed/State tax compliance and analysis within a large public accounting firm or equivalent industry experience in a multinational corporate tax department
Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax laws and regulations
Proficiency in tax compliance software
Advanced excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
A commitment to ethical and compliant tax practices

Preferred

Master in taxation or CPA is preferred
Experience with Corptax, HFM or SAP software is preferred
Power BI/Power Query or Alteryx Skills is a plus

Benefits

Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
