Responsibilities
Design intuitive information architectures for AI-driven interfaces and tools
Create sitemaps, user flows, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and content models
Develop guidelines for content hierarchy and interaction design across conversational interfaces and generative AI features
Advocate for scalable design systems that support personalization, accessibility, and data privacy in AI-powered environments
Define and document structural standards, templates, and navigation strategies to ensure consistency across platforms
Analyze and refine user journey maps for complex, multi-modal AI experiences
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Information Architecture, UX Design, or Interaction Design
Experience working in the AI space
Proficiency with UX tools (Figma, Miro, etc.) and IA methodologies
Deep understanding of UX heuristics, human-centered design, and cognitive load principles
Ability to visualize and communicate complex information structures clearly
Strong collaboration and communication skills—comfortable presenting to stakeholders and guiding cross-disciplinary teams
Preferred
Experience with conversational UI, voice UX, or LLM-based experiences
Familiarity with content design and structured content management
Background in psychology, cognitive science, or human-computer interaction (HCI)
Experience working in agile and design-led development environments
