Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Accurately enter and update client and caregiver information in our database system
Maintain and organize confidential client and employee files in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and help coordinate communication between caregivers, clients, and office staff
Support the scheduling team by assisting with minor scheduling adjustments and confirmations
Assist with various projects as needed, such as preparing for audits, organizing training materials, or conducting basic research
Help maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing office supplies inventory and restocking as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Business
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion (HIPAA compliance)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
