The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for meeting clients' insurance needs while delivering exceptional service, focusing on maintaining and growing the personal lines book of business.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional, timely customer service and support to clients through phone and email

Support clients in securing, maintaining, and growing their personal accounts, while identifying opportunities for cross-selling

Handle all aspects of the renewal process: gather necessary details, verify application accuracy, ensure coverage meets client needs, and address any issues with practical solutions

Check policies/endorsements for accuracy

Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through open communication, professionalism, and problem-solving

Assess quotes, negotiate conditions and pricing, and guide clients toward the most suitable coverage for their needs

Stay current in the industry by participating in continuing education and training
