They are seeking a Software Trainer responsible for developing and delivering training programs, assessing training needs, and evaluating training effectiveness to ensure users can effectively utilize software applications.

Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions: The trainer leads training sessions, either in-person or online, and demonstrates how to use software applications and systems effectively. They provide instructions and guidance to participants and answer any questions that arise

Assess training needs: The trainer evaluates the training needs of the organization or individual and determines the appropriate training methods and materials needed to meet those needs

Evaluate training effectiveness: After delivering the training, the trainer evaluates its effectiveness by conducting surveys and assessments to determine if participants have met learning objectives and if the training has met the organization's needs

Keep up to date with software changes: The software trainer keeps up to date with changes and updates to software applications and systems and adapts their training programs accordingly

Provide support to learners: The trainer provides ongoing support to learners by answering questions and helping as needed

Collaborate with other trainers: The trainer collaborates with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure that training programs are effective and meet the organization's goals

Maintain records: The trainer maintains records of training sessions in Zoho

Responsible for contacting offices prior to onsite training for status check up on conversion. (Manual or electronic)

Assisting DSN Support Staff when needed or not assigned projects

Keeping current on training documentation provided to clients

Keeping log of travel time

Maintaining professionalism and DSN's outstanding reputation

Preferred previous dental background or training
