Complete Care Centers is a rapidly growing healthcare organization seeking an ambitious Recruiter with 1–3 years of healthcare recruiting experience. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process and sourcing top talent to support the organization's staffing needs.

Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
Source and engage both active and passive candidates through creative recruiting strategies, including social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit
Coordinate offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes
Maintain recruiting data and metrics to track success and pipeline progress
Provide an exceptional candidate and manager experience at every stage
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruiting
Proven success sourcing passive candidates
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals
Preferred
clinic, hospital, or medical office preferred
Experience using ATS platforms (UKG, JazzHR or similar)
