Responsibilities

Getting to know the person on an introductory call on the phone

Conducting an in-person consultation with them at the office to get a real look into their wants and needs

Go Live in person with them to see their top 3 options

Meet back at the office to go through the Application process of the Apartment of their choice

Candidates looking for apartments get channeled into the ASC via these 3 sources:

Referrals (their #1 source) that come in from realtors, other apartment communities, schools, employers, past clients, friends, etc

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) by the company – people often “Google” how to find an apartment in Nashville – it can only take them so far. This company pays a lot for SEO, so people go to their site, see that it is free for them, and reach out to get connected on their own!

On-Line Ads: This ASC will be taught how and where to post Ads for the apartment/town house complexes this company works with. Applicants will come in and this ASC will call to set up an appointment
