Responsibilities

Manage all phases of commercial and industrial mechanical/HVAC projects from preconstruction through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Review mechanical/HVAC drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards
Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for projects
Track project financials, reporting, and profitability
Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams as needed to support project planning

Required

7+ years of mechanical/HVAC project management experience

Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
