Responsibilities
Lead and support technical project delivery across cloud-native and modernization initiatives
Build and maintain delivery plans, coordinating across technical teams, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into progress and impacts
Work closely with engineering and platform teams to align scope, timelines, and resources, support governance and reporting, and help teams navigate trade-offs in fast-moving technical environments
Surface risks early, help drive issue resolution, and ensure delivery stays aligned with mission and operational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
Managing or supporting technical projects in cloud, software, data, cybersecurity, or infrastructure environments
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Coordinating across engineering, operations, and mission stakeholders
Ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery priorities in complex environments
Preferred
PMP or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred
Master's degree preferred
Involved in federal health or public-sector modernization programs
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
Working in DevSecOps, cloud-native, or security-focused delivery environments
Supporting distributed or remote technical teams
