Responsibilities
Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement tracking, and project documentation
Assist with scheduling, manpower planning, and subcontractor performance
Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients to keep work on track
Support the development of field change requests and maintain accurate as-built records
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science, or PMP Certification
Minimum 2 years of construction project experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and Microsoft Office proficiency
OSHA-30 certification (or willingness to obtain within six months)
