Lead and coordinate end-to-end project activities
Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines
Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders
Conduct design and scope reviews
Monitor progress and resolve field issues
Oversee procurement and subcontractor coordination
Manage budgets and financial forecasting
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
Champion safety and quality
Mentor junior project staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a closely related business field
5+ years of project management experience in fire protection, sprinkler mechanical or construction (plumbing mechanical)
Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and relevant codes
Proficiency in project management software (ie Asana, Wrike, Trello, Microsoft Project, etc.)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Willingness to travel to project sites in the NY Metro area (including New Jersey)
Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned
Preferred
PMP or APM, NICET Certifications
