Responsibilities

Construct: Create detailed cost segregation reports, including preliminary research, reviewing files, and confirming engagement agreements

Site Visit: Conduct comprehensive site visits, documenting assets and common areas

Spreadsheet and Word Document Creation: Input building assets into spreadsheets, write property descriptions, and generate comprehensive reports

Review Process: Collaborate with management staff to ensure the accuracy of reports and communicate effectively with clients

Attend Meetings: Participate in regular staff meetings, technical sessions, and training opportunities

Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with sales teams and clients, addressing any issues promptly

Problem Solving: Tackle unique project challenges and ensure a high level of accuracy and detail in your work

Data Gathering: Collect data about client properties, perform on-site reviews, and execute multi-step assessment processes
