Responsibilities

Oversee the onboarding process, including reviewing financials, managing any accounting clean up and adjustments, setting up initial documentation and processes, and coordinating closely with client throughout

Manage system conversions and process implementation during the onboarding process

Work with a variety of different industries and accounting issues, including clients requiring extensive catch up, clean up, and cash to accrual conversion or implementation of GAAP

Utilize strong project management skills, including scheduling resources, creating and monitoring check lists and project plans for multiple projects, and maintaining the actual costs incurred to budget
