New Grad, Entry LevelPhantom Fireworks is looking for enthusiastic individuals or non-profit organizations to run their seasonal fireworks locations. The operator will manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, cash deposits, and product management during the fireworks selling period.

Responsibilities
Providing sufficient staff for daily sales (usually 3-4 people)
Power source (2000w generator or higher) and extension cords
Making daily cash deposits
Change bank for register (recommended $100)
Moving product in and out of the storage container at the beginning and end of each selling day
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Desire to succeed in a small business setting
Ability to work extended hours during the New Years season
Must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check
Must be 18 years or older
Preferred
Customer service or retail experience
