Responsibilities
Plan, organize, evaluate, direct the client’s fiscal function and performance
Participate in the development of the client’s organization’s plans
Evaluate and advise of the impact of decisions, impact of new products, ventures, etc
Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends to CEO and Board
Enhance and enforce policies and procedures that will improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the company
Be a developer of solutions to challenges
Optimize the Treasury functions
Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and forecasting models
Analyze, advise and execute on any contracts
Evaluation of the finance and accounting structure and plan for continuous improvement
Financial reporting and analysis
Manage accounting personnel: A/R Specialist, Bookkeeper, Payroll, etc
Oversee the Human Resources Department, if needed
Participate and oversee the raising of capital to fund growth, if needed
Maintain banking relationships
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
7+ years experience
Strong communication skills and leadership abilities
Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
Analytical skills
