California Closets is a leader in custom-designed organizational solutions, focused on enhancing the home experience. The Sales and Design Consultant is responsible for delivering personalized design solutions and exceptional service to customers, while managing projects and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

Commute to customers’ homes and design custom storage solutions utilizing our proprietary CAD software program
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by pursuing referrals and repeat business
Continuous follow-up with customers and collaboration with the installation team to ensure job completion
Participate in meetings and training sessions
Manage a portfolio of projects and clients of different complexity in a dynamic environment

Qualification

Interior design educationSales experienceCAD softwareMicrosoft 365CreativeCraftsmanshipSalesforce experienceDetail-oriented

Required

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience working with laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices
The ability to be creative, yet meticulously detail-oriented with a sense of craftsmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

Interior design education, direct industry experience, and/or in-home sales experience
Previous experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software
